Dan Wilson


With a career in digital media spanning more than 7 years and focusing primarily on Paid Search, Dan combines a solid track record of success in his field with exposure to other media channels, such as SEO, affiliate marketing and digital display advertising.

During his 6 year career at one of the UK’s largest online media agencies, Dan cemented himself as key member of staff working on household name brands such as Halifax, Aviva, adidas, Apple and Sony. His strive for personal development led him to explore further into Microsoft Excel and it’s Visual Basic (VB) code, leading to him creating in-depth dashboards for everyday media reporting, which were adopted and used across the company.

This hunger for progression and all-round knowledge of online advertising has helped spearhead HighGrade Design’s delivery of holistic digital marketing.

James Kelly


With a career beginning at a number of high profile investment banks in the City of London, James’ combination of immaculate attention to detail, keen creative eye help and advanced digital design skills bring an alternative perspective to the HighGrade Design team.

Developing a passion for design whilst experimenting with eCommerce T-Shirt websites, James has since become an expert in Adobe design and publishing software through dedication and determined training and practice. Whilst he’s predominantly involved with branding, web and print design at HighGrade, his skill set is often utilised to add a little design flair to other aspects of the business.

This flair and creativity, as well as his rigour in delivering the best he can for his clients, has ensured that James is a crucial part of the HighGrade Design team.

Lee Barrett


With 7 years experience in digital marketing, Lee comes with a strong advertising background beginning with 2 years in Paid Search before moving into SEO and Web Analytics. Lee has a demonstrated record of delivering success for his clients across a number of different marketing channels.

His career started agency-side, developing his general knowledge of digital media, whilst improving his skills in HTML, CSS and other coding languages. Increased levels of exposure to the web also helped him gain an eye for engaging web and application design, with him becoming ever more appreciative of the creative flair that goes into digital design today. Lee is definitely a mix of the analytical and the creative.

In-depth knowledge of the overall digital marketing landscape and a solid technical grounding have meant that Lee has become a key member of the team.
